alright im still not completely sure because im on vacation right now but when i get home ill look on the receipt and find out for sure

from what i remember when i bought it they said it was a regular and would fit anyone 5'6" to 6'2" the long was for anyone over but you cant cant feel the 1/2 inch size difference between the two(i tried out both sizes) If your interested ill have the bike shop do a full service of the bike and ill get it nice and shiny for you. then i could ship it to you if you pay to have the bike boxed up and shipped(around $130-$180 i believe

I believe its a regular but there is only a 0.5 inch difference between the regular and long
